Return & Exchange Policy

1) Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before dispatch. A full refund will be issued after cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

2) Return Window & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Quality Issues / Wrong Item / Missing Items / Transit Damage: Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos/videos. Once confirmed, we will offer a refund or a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).

  • Change-of-Mind (No-Fault) Returns: Items must be unused, in resellable condition, with original packaging, tags, all accessories/gifts, and no stains/odors/wear. Return shipping is at your cost.

  • Returns Not Accepted (except for quality issues):
    Customized/personalized items; intimate/hygiene products; items with obvious signs of use or not resellable; items returned without authorization or beyond the time limit; items missing gifts/accessories (the retail price of missing items may be deducted from your refund).

3) How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@packfortrail.com with your order number, reason, and evidence (photos/videos).

  2. Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide the designated return address. Do not ship to any unapproved address.

    • For quality issues: we will coordinate via email to complete a refund or replacement.

    • For change-of-mind returns: please ship back at your cost using a trackable and securely packed method.
      We will process your refund or exchange within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  3. To reduce loss risk, please use a trackable carrier. Lack of tracking or items lost/damaged in transit may affect your refund.

4) Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we complete the refund, your card issuer/payment platform typically posts it within 3–10 business days (subject to their rules).
If the returned item’s condition does not match the declaration or is not resellable, we may issue a partial refund or return the item to you (second-leg shipping at your cost).

5) Shipping & Other Fees

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable (unless required by applicable law).
We do not charge restocking fees (unless otherwise stated).
For verified quality-issue orders, we may offer a “refund without return” solution. Once you confirm acceptance, the after-sales case is considered closed.

6) EU/UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day after you receive the goods.
When exercising this right, we will refund the item price and the cost of standard shipping you selected. If you chose expedited or non-standard shipping, we only refund the standard shipping amount. Unless we state otherwise or required by law, you are responsible for the return shipping.
Please send us a clear withdrawal statement (via email or online form) within the withdrawal period, and return the goods intact within a reasonable time thereafter. You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning; any diminished value from excessive handling may be deducted from your refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: customized/personalized items; perishable goods; unsealed hygiene/intimate items; unsealed audio/video/software; services fully performed within the withdrawal period with your express consent; or non-tangible digital content supplied immediately with your express consent and acknowledgment of waiver.
Note: This statutory right does not affect your legal rights regarding non-conforming/defective goods. In such cases, we will provide remedies at no cost; to reduce cross-border burden, we may prioritize refund-without-return or reshipment.
