Shipping Policy | Pack for Trail
At Pack for Trail, we aim to deliver your outdoor gear safely and efficiently, wherever your adventures take you.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from China via reliable international carriers.
Please review the following details regarding order handling, shipping times, and after-sales support.
1. Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
All orders are shipped from China using dependable international delivery services.
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, standard delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times (for reference only):
- United States: 7–18 business days
- EU / United Kingdom: 7–18 business days
- Southeast Asia (selected countries): 8–16 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs inspection, remote locations, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Pre-order or out-of-stock items will follow the estimated arrival date stated on the product page.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Standard shipping: US$7.99 per order
- Free standard shipping: Orders over US$79 (exceptions may apply based on location or package weight, as shown at checkout)
- Oversized or overweight items may incur additional charges, displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking usually becomes active within 24–72 hours.
- You can track your shipment via 17track.net or your local carrier’s website.
- If your tracking information shows no update after 7 days, please contact us at support@packfortrail.com.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- Any VAT/GST, customs duties, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay import taxes, a refund will be issued for the product price only, minus the original shipping and any return fees.
6. Address & Delivery
- Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information. - PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses are not supported for most products.
- Couriers will typically attempt 1–3 delivery attempts. Returned parcels will be refunded for the product value only.
7. Order Changes or Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address, change items, or cancel the order.
You may contact the courier directly to request self-pickup or reschedule delivery (if available).
8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
- Damaged on arrival: Please report within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos/videos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the item.
- Lost in transit / no tracking updates: If there is no tracking update within 25 calendar days, we will initiate a courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund based on the result.
- Missing items: Please report within 7 days after delivery for verification and resolution.
9. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra cost.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
10. Peak Seasons & Holidays
During major shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, year-end holidays), order processing and delivery may take an additional 3–7 business days.

We will prioritise using eco-friendly materials in our packaging to help reduce our impact on the natural environment. 🌱
